Refund/return Policy

Please contact our office at (215) 631-7020 or use this form if you have any questions or problems.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your purchase up to 14 days after delivery. 

Physical books or tests – must be returned to the office unused before the refund will be processed.

Digital products – must not have been accessed or used.

Your refund will be processed within 30 day after request.

Membership Cancellation – Your membership will continue through the end of your current month cancellation is requested. For example: If you cancel on the 10th of the month your access will continue through the end of same month and cancellation will be effective the first day of the following month.
